2 TOURS IN 2010! SPRING TOUR & FALL TOUR. COME RACE FOR THE GOLD CUPS IN 2010! IN 2010 WE ARE HAVING A SPRING TOUR AND A FALL TOUR. EACH TOUR WILL CONSIST OF 9 TOURNAMENTS.(see schedules
below) EACH SERIES WILL HAVE ITS OWN CHAMPIONSHIP PAYOUT. WE HOPE THIS WILL ALLOW MORE PLAYERS, WHO HAVE WANTED TO PLAY, BE
ABLE TO PLAY IN ONE TOUR OR BOTH. WE HAVE 5 FLIGHTS! EVERY PLAYER HAS A FAIR CHANCE TO WIN THEIR FLIGHT EACH WEEK. COME PLAY
SOME COMPETITIVE GOLF PLAYING FOR YOURSELF. THERE IS NO BETTER WAY TO HAVE FUN PLAYING GOLF. TEST YOUR GAME! Congratulations To Our 2009 Flight Champions Gary Odom - AA Flight; Brian Poe - A Flight; Eddie Silvers - B Flight; John Strickland - C Flight;
Ryan Sloan - D Flight. Each winner recieved $250.00 and the Gold Cup. Second place
finishers recieved $100.00 and Third place recieved 2009 Points Race Membership. This is not bad for 300 rounds played. If
only we could average 50 players for 9 rounds in 2010 for 450 rounds. (see below what the payout would be then). Hope we can
average more players in 2010 so the purse can grow. We are the only tour that builds a championship purse for the players
to win. The purse grows with every round played in both the Spring and Fall Tours, each tour is a different points race to
decide champions for each Tour. Play in both tours or one. $6.00 per round will make up the championship purse
again in 2010! Congratulations to the winners in 2009. The Spring and Fall Tours are 2 seperate points race tours. You can play in One of the Tours or Both. Compete to
win the points championship for your flight. Players come see if you can win the Championship in your
flight, test your game and have the most fun you can have playing Golf. You will compete against players with your same ability.
We have a handicap system that works. Ask any of our regular players. Most of our regular players have played the other tours
and are pleased to have made the change. We hope you will to. To win the Tour Championship you will earn points for how you
finish in your Flight. There will be 7 One Day Tournaments and 2 Two Day Tournaments in each Tour. We will count each players
Best 5 One Day Tournaments and 1 Two Day Tournament to determine the Flight Winners for each Tour. It Cost $20.00 to get into the Points Race for One Tour or $30 for both Tours. You do not have to join the points
race to play in our tournaments. If you just want to play in a few tournaments and not compete for the Championship payouts.

FROM 6000-6200 YARDS. SENIORS (50 & UP) AND LADIES WILL ALSO PLAY FROM
THE 6000 - 6200 YARDAGE, THEN THEY WILL BE KEPT IN THE CORRECT FLIGHT BY THEIR HANDICAP THEY ACHIEVE WITH THE PAG TOUR
HANDICAP SYSTEM FROM THIS YARDAGE. WE WILL ADJUST EACH COURSE TO THESE YARDAGES. THIS WILL ALLOW THE B, C, AND D PLAYERS TO
HIT THE GREEN IN REGULATION MORE OFTEN AND PUTT FOR MORE BIRDIES AND EAGLES, JUST LIKE THE PROS.

THEN YOU NEED TO GIVE THIS TOUR A TRY. WE KEEP IT FAIR FOR ALL PLAYERS TO WIN IN THEIR FLIGHT. WE HAVE THE FAIREST HANDICAP
SYSTEM, TO MAKE SURE EACH PLAYER HAS A CHANCE TO WIN THEIR FLIGHT AGAINST PLAYERS WITH THE SAME ABILITY. LOOK AT OUR

TO KEEP PLAYERS IN THEIR CORRECT FLIGHT. THIS PROTECTS AGAINST SANDBAGGING OR PADDING OF HANDICAPS. IN 2009 WE WILL EVALUATE NEW PLAYERS FOR THEIR
FIRST 3 TOURNAMENTS TO SEE IF THEY ARE IN THE CORRECT FLIGHT. THEN WE AVERAGE EACH PLAYERS BEST 5 SCORES. 2 DAY
SCORES WILL COUNT EACH DAY AS ONE OF YOUR 5 SCORES. THIS TOUR KEEPS PLAYERS IN THEIR CORRECT FLIGHT. WE WILL FREEZE EACH PLAYERS
HANDICAP FOR LAST 3 TOURMANMENTS, BUT AFTER EACH TOUR ENDS A PLAYER SHOULD MOVE UP IN FLIGHT, THEY WILL BE MOVED AT THAT TIME,
AND MUST START THE NEXT TOUR IN THEIR NEW FLIGHT. WE FEEL IF YOU SHOOT A SCORE 5 TIMES YOU CAN ALWAYS SHOOT THAT AVERAGE
SCORE AGAIN. EVERY GOLFER HAS A BAD ROUND ONCE IN A WHILE, BUT THAT DON'T MEAN HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO COUNT THESE ROUNDS FOR
THEIR AVERAGE, THEN BE ALLOWED TO STAY OR GO IN THE EASIER FLIGHT. THAT ALLOWS FOR PADDING YOUR HANDICAP.
WE ARE THE ONLY TOUR WHO DOES THIS TO KEEP IT FAIR FOR ALL. COMPARE US TO ANY OTHER TOUR AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE. SWING ON

THAT AVERAGE ALL OF THE PLAYERS SCORES TO PROVIDE THE PLAYERS HANDICAP CAN BE PADDED WHEN A PLAYER IS PLAYING BAD AND TURNS
IN A 95 WHEN THEY HAVE SHOT BETWEEN 78 - 81 IN 5 OTHER ROUNDS. TOURS THAT USE HANDICAP ADJUSTMENTS AFTER PLAYING HAVE
TO BIG OF A SPREAD IN EACH FLIGHT GIVING AN ADVANTAGE TO THE HIGH HANDICAP GOLFERS. (See Rules for more) How Championship Points Race Works To Win Your Flight

POINTS:
Players will earn points at each tournament by how they place in their flight. Each
flight will have its own championship race. If you tie, you will receive the same amount as the players you tied. Except first
place. Example: A player shoots an 85 and so do you - you finish tied for third at 75 points, so you both receive 75
points. If there is a tie for first place, the win will be decided by the #1 handicap hole on the course. Then, on #2, if
still tied, and #3, and so on. Then the player who wins the tie receives the 100 points, with the others receiving second
place points by themselves. |
The Points will be awarded as follows, plus a 10 point show up bonus for each tournament you
play. This will never be dropped off your points total when we throw away your worst rounds. In 2010 we will count each players
best 5 one day rounds and 1 two day round, to determine the flight champions for both the Spring and Fall Tour. This allows
players to miss a few and still get all their rounds in for championship points race.

CHAMPIONSHIP
PAYOUTS FOR EACH TOUR
The PAG Tour uses $6.00 from each round played for the whole year to create
year-end purse. Each Flight will pay the same. In the case of a tie in the final standings, we will go back and
find out which player had the most firsts and seconds, and so on. Example: If two players tie, and Player A had two 4th place
finishes, and Player B had only one 4th and one 5th as his highest scores for the season, then Player A would take the spot
for year-end results, dropping Player B back one spot. |
