Tournament Purse & Year-End Purse

PLAYERS MAY CHOOSE CASH!!   If player wants to stay within the guidelines of the USGA's Amateur Status we will let players choose certificates if they want to protect their status. PAG Tour Purses will vary as determined by the number of players in each tournament. No single award will exceed $750.00. If player does not care about his amateur status he may except cash. We encourage players to bring along other players to these events (see discount for recruiting new players). Obviously, the more players that take part each week, the bigger the purses and special games will pay. The purse will be adjusted in the case where we have less or more players than listed below.

Points Race Championship Purse For Each Flight

POINTS: Players will earn points at each tournament by how they place in their flight. Each flight will have its own championship race. If you tie, you will receive the same amount as the players you tied. Except first place.  Example: A player shoots an 85 and so do you - you finish tied for third at 75 points, so you both receive 75 points. If there is a tie for first place, the win will be decided by the #1 handicap hole on the course. Then, on #2, if still tied, and #3, and so on. Then the player who wins the tie receives the 100 points, with the others receiving second place points by themselves.

The Points will be awarded as follows, plus a 10 point show up bonus for each tournament you play. This 10 points will never be dropped off your points total when we throw away your worst rounds. We will count each players best 5 One Day rounds out of 7 rounds and 1 Two Day Round out of 2 rounds, to determine each tours flight champions. 1st - 100     4th - 70      7th - 55       10th - 40 13th - 25      16th and below - 10 2nd - 80      5th - 65      8th - 50       11th - 35 14th - 20 3rd - 75       6th - 60      9th - 45       12th - 30 15th - 15

CHAMPIONSHIP PURSE - YEAR END PAYOUTS The PAG Tour uses $6.00 from each round played for the whole year to create year-end purse. Each Flight will pay the same. In the case of a tie in the final standings, we will go back and find out which player had the most firsts and seconds, and so on.
